The Buick "Wells Fargo" - Built Especially for Dale Robertson

3-1/2" x 5-1/2" color post card, unused.  Depicts Dale Robertson and his factory custom 1958 Buick Limited "Wells Fargo."  Dale Robertson was the star of "Tales of Wells Fargo," a 1957-1962 television Western series, and the original owner of the "Wells Fargo" Buick Limited, built especially for him.  He was a highly decorated World War II veteran who recently died on February 26, 2013 at 89 years of age.  You will receive high-resolution images of excellent clarity of both sides of this post card, enlarged to 8-1/2" x 11" to show evey detail.

The rear of this post card contains the following text: "See Dale Robertson in "Tales of Wells Fargo" on the NBC-TV Network - the exciting Western show brought to you by your Buick Dealer . Shown with Dale in the picture is a true Western sportsman's car "The Wells Fargo" -- built especially for Dale by Buick. Completely power-equipped, it has bucket seats covered with handtooled leather - a rifle rack - gun holsters on the doors to carry Dale 's pearl-handled .38 Colt six-shooters - cowhide carpeting - and many other custom innovations."
