Buick-Marquette Dealers' Comparison Plan

8-1/2" x 11", 52 pages, printed in three colors (black, white, red), contains detailed financial charts, graphs and summaries, but does not contain illustrations of any automobiles or automobile parts.  Prepared by Buick for confidential dealer use to train dealers on how to transact business for a profit.  A very intersting look into how Buick dealers were expected to operate financially at the time, and the strategies at the time for making a profit and operating a successful Buick store.  The first paragraph of this exceedingly rare Buick document describes its purpose as follows: "The purpose of this presentation is to outline a method of application of a few business fundamentals necessary to the success of Buick dealers.  These fundamentals are the basis upon which a dealer either makes a profit on his operation or sustains a loss."
