1903 Buick Model A - Lithograph - Mid-Century Marketing Error

This is a beautifully detailed color lithograph (8" x 12") from a 1953 portfolio that contains four lithographs of the following Buick Models: 1903 Model A, 1907 Model S, 1911 Model 21 and 1914 Model B37; however, there was a 1953 double marketing error in that the "1903 Model A" that is depicted is actually the 1904 Model B test car, and it most certainly is not a four cylinder engine.  The portfolio was produced in 1953 by Buick in honor of Buick’s 50th Anniversary.  To purchase the entire portfolio containing all four lithographs, please see 1953 item #00773.  The BHA is grateful to acccomplished GM and Buick historian and author, Kevin M. Kirbitz, for identifying the error in the 1953 portfolio.
